My Journey: Head of Client Services
In the role of Head of Client Services at Tomorrow People, I was tasked with the pivotal responsibility of guiding our clients through their marketing journey. Our portfolio boasted a diverse range of SaaS brands, including ThoughtRiver, Cegal, Cognite, Solvemate, NFON, Ardoq, Schneider, and Telmar, each with its own set of challenges and aspirations.
Challenges and Solutions:
The primary challenge was to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our SaaS clients, ensuring their marketing programs were not just effective but transformative. To achieve this, I:
- Strategic Oversight: Spearheaded the strategic direction and account strategy, working closely with account managers/directors, a paid media manager, and a marketing executive.
- Service Optimisation: Collaborated with accounts, production, and strategy teams to refine, optimize, and develop our marketing services, covering every phase from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Managed a dynamic team of five, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and client-centric focus.
