My strategic vision was centred on transitioning the company from project-based work to establishing retained contracts, thus ensuring a steady and more predictable revenue stream.

The primary challenge was to evolve Tomorrow People from a 2-person lifestyle business into a dynamic marketing consultancy. My approach involved:
